The French Defense Innovation Agency (AID) has asked Nexter to develop new medium-range, remotely operated munition equipped with anti-tank warheads under its LARINAE project.
The LARINAE project’s objective is to evaluate a medium-distance remote-controlled munition for the French military that can tackle armored objectives. Nexter, under the KNDS banner, along with its collaborators, are suggesting a system that includes a UAV crafted by EOS Technologie, a core-generating charge developed by Nexter, and a jam-resistant navigation system by TRAAK, as announced in a press statement on June 19.
